O obnovu fresek se vlastnoručně postaral akademický malíř a restaurátor Pavel Novák v roce 2013, který je vytvořil na základě snímku z roku 1920.
The frescoes on the house from 1903 were completely destroyed in the 1960s.
The renewal of the frescoes was taken care of by the academic painter and restorer Pavel Novák in 2013, based on a 1920 film.

В народе это здание прозвали "Дом трех королей". Слева на право в сваих парадных одеяниях изображены короли - Вацлав 2, Владислав 2 и Вацлав 4. Все три монарха принадлежат двум правящим династиям Чешской короны - Пржемысловичей (первые два) и Люксембурги.
It is unexpected to come across a residential building in this place, decorated with bright frescoes.
This building was popularly nicknamed "The House of Three Kings". From left to right, in their ceremonial robes, the kings are depicted - Wenceslas 2, Vladislav 2 and Wenceslas 4. All three monarchs belong to the two ruling dynasties of the Czech crown - the Přemyslids (the first two) and Luxemburgs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dum U tri kralu is the name of the house, also known as The House of the Three Kings. The house is so called because of the fresco paints on the facade of the house, which depicts three Bohemian kings; Wenceslaus II, Vladislaus II and Wenceslaus IV.
While the fresco are not a must see, they certainly stand out in an otherwise ordinary street in Kutna Hora. The house can be located opposite the Italian Court and a monument to Karel Havlíček Borovský. It’s worth a look if in the area.
