Ing. Máslo je nejpomalejší člověk na světě. O zmatek není nouze. Nevím, co tam takový člověk dělá.
Paní vedle zas byla značně protivná.
 Totally incompetence.
Ing. Butter is the slowest person in the world. There is no shortage of confusion. I don't know what such a person does there.
The lady next door was very annoying.

I came to the Czech Republic over two years ago with the view to help people studying English language. Being self-employed is difficult in any language - even your own, but I found myself at ease when dealing with this people.
Mrs Gočiková, in particular, always went above and beyond to help me in any way she could. Always on hand for advice and it was always correct and thorough and exact.
I've had a number of dealings with the trade license office in Jihlava and every time been given perfect advice and everything. This might seem unlikely for a government office, and trust me when I say they're not all as helpful, but for this one, it's completely true.
I'm not the most organised of people as a rule - quite chaotic if the truth be known, but Mrs Gočiková here always helps me back down to earth and settles me when I'm troubled by something. She knows exactly what to do and what to say to help me through whatever it is.
I can honestly say that this office have helped me immensely in the past two years and I although the times I need the office aren't always the best of times, they make sure that I am looked after properly.
The truth can't be said about all government offices or businesses in this country from the experiences I've had, but this one is definitely the most efficient and helpful.
