C	Charlie Ingr on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Čeněk to popsal hodně trefně. Mám s nima podobnou zkušenost. Jestli nechcete přijít o prachy a nervy, tak pryč od nich. Nesnášejí, když chcete něco změnit ve smlouvě, která je naprosto nehorázná. Pokud jim podepíšete to, co vám nakonec předloží, tak se pak už můžete jen modlit, protože se automaticky octnete v roli prosebníka. Ta smlouva je napsána tak, že oni od vás vyinkasují na začátku skoro všechny peníze a vy nemáte vůbec žádné záruky. Nejdřív opakují, že úprava smlouvy nejde udělat, protože to mají takhle nastavené a potom se s vámi rozejdou. Mně se třeba stalo, že místo mě vzali nešťastníka, který byl v bytové krizi a podepsal jim co chtěli, aby co nejdřív bydlel. Se mnou přestali komunikovat, protože místo mě sehnali jinou kavku. Mimochodem, ten člověk, kterej jim naletěl, dodnes nebydlí a musí si sám platit provizorní ubytování. Dověděl jsem se to nedávno. Proto tady také reaguju, abyste jim nenalítli. First they repeat that the contract adjustment cannot be done because they have it set up like that and then they break up with you. It happened to me that instead of me they took an unfortunate person who was in a housing crisis and signed what they wanted to live as soon as possible. They stopped communicating with me because they got me another jack. By the way, the man who flew them still doesn't live and has to pay for temporary accommodation. I learned this recently. That's why I'm also responding here so you don't get them.

Za měsíc po Vás požadují zaplatit 90% ceny, a přitom za tu dobu nemusí ani kopnout. Když se Vám to nezdá, tak Vám řeknou, že ve frontě je řada dalších uchazečů a že nemají zájem na nějakých úpravách smlouvy. Pokud nechcete přijít o peníze nebo čekat na dodělávky několik let (podle smlouvy musíte převzít dílo i s vadami s tím, že se to bude řešit až potom), tak nohy na ramena a pryč! Very unreliable firm. Realizace byla lehce zpožděna vlivem pandemie Covid 19, nicméně firma pracovala svědomitě, profesionálně a vstřícně. Výsledek je výborný, komunikace s vedoucím realizace byla otevřená. K plnému počtu hvězdiček chybí aktualizace webových stránek a lepší PR firmy. We had a complete reconstruction of the 3 + 1 apartment from the company, from new partitions, through a complete set of electrical wiring to custom-made furniture with a design studio. Implementation was slightly delayed by the Covid 19 pandemic, but the company worked conscientiously, professionally and helpfully. The result is excellent, communication with the implementation manager was open. The full number of stars lacks website updates and better PR companies.
