R	Radovan Jaša on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jsou absolutně nespolehliví. Konkrétně pan Drobný, 2x nedorazil na předem objednanou revizi a ani neměl dost slušnosti, aby zavolal. Naopak vůbec nebral telefon. Kdybych to věděl dřív, tak bych hned hledal někoho jiného. O	Ondřej Procházka on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poté, co jsme půl roku zoufale opravovali starší kotel jiné značky u babičky v RD v Brně jsme se obrátili na Thermonu s poptávkou na nový kotel vč. montáže. A to v lednu uprostřed topné sezony. Nabídku jsme dostali druhý den, včetně montáže a vyvložkování komínu. Byl nám doporučen i vhodný typ podle velikosti RD s možností rozšíření na připojení teplé vody. Zástupce firmy navrhl sám možnost splátek (bez navýšení ceny). Celková cena byla slušná, odpovídala ceníku, vložkování komínu pak podle obvyklých relací v Brně. Montáž proběhla třetí den po objednání, demontáž původního a montáž nového vč. napojení na UT na čas a během dvou hodin bylo hotovo. Návazně přijeli kominíci a následně i revizní technik, který kotel uvedl do provozu a trpělivě nás seznámil s detaily ovládání a údržby. Celá operace trvala dopoledne, odpoledne už topíme s novým kotlem uvedené značky. Maximální spokojenost, kdybych vybíral znova, nevybral bych jinak. Děkujeme. O. And in January in the middle of the heating season. We received the offer the next day, including the installation and lining of the chimney. We were also recommended a suitable type according to the size of the house with the possibility of expansion to connect hot water. The company's representative suggested the possibility of repayments (without increasing the price). The total price was decent, it corresponded to the price list, the chimney lining was according to the usual routes in Brno. The assembly took place on the third day after ordering, the disassembly of the original and the assembly of the new incl. connection to UT on time and within two hours was completed. Subsequently, the chimney sweeps arrived and subsequently also the inspection technician, who put the boiler into operation and patiently acquainted us with the details of operation and maintenance. The whole operation lasted in the morning, in the afternoon we heat with a new boiler of the brand. Maximum satisfaction, if I chose again, I would not choose otherwise. Thank you. O. Procházka, Brno

Einstellungsdaten bekommt nur der Hauseigene Kundendienst obwohl man der Meinung ist das jeder diese Thermen einstellen kann,- eben nicht. Vorsicht - Geräte werden undicht ausgeliefert. Deutsche Niederlassung (Goldberg/ Mühlhausen) beleidigt Kunden, verweigert Garantieleistungen und den Service. Persönlich werfe ich nach 4 Jahren meine ehemalige Therme auf den Schrott (letzte Wartung fast 500€) für was? 2 Mann mit einem Staubsauger! Schön für diese Kernschrottfirme zu wissen das 2neue Parks mit fast 300 Nutzern ihre Thermen im Verbund nun in deutscher Herstellung bestellen. Das Billige kommt uns mit Thermona teuer zu stehen!!!
