A large garden with multiple buildings, further renovation would be needed. Inferior public transport accessibility and access to the building.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Šimsovo sanatorium bylo vybudováno podle plánů podepsaných v roce 1909 Bohuslavem Černým. Bývalé lázně byly postaveny na jižním svahu nad údolím Kunratického potoka. Areál tvoří vilové objekty rozmístěné v rozsáhlém parku. Krásná hlavní budova Vita Nova má náročně pojaté fasády a interiéry v secesním stylu. Roku 1916 byl komplex uzavřen a poskytnut k prodeji. Od roku 1920 zde sídlí kojenecký ústav, nyní Dětské centrum při Thomayerově nemocnici v Krči. Areál je kulturní památkou České republiky.
Šimsa's sanatorium was built according to plans signed in 1909 by Bohuslav Černý. The former spa was built on the southern slope above the valley of the Kunratický stream. The area consists of residential buildings located in a large park. The beautiful main building named "Vita Nova" has sophisticated Art Nouveau facades and interiors. In 1916, the complex was closed and made available for sale. Since 1920, the infant institute has been located here, now the Children's Center at the Thomayer Hospital in Krč. The area is a cultural monument of the Czech Republic.
