Horrible that the pediatric department has a doctor like that. I hope I never have to go there

We have been to this surgical emergency several times and we have always had a nice staff and a relatively quick examination. The nurses are perhaps the most accommodating and kind of the entire staff. Doctors are professional and professional. We waited a maximum of 1 hour and it was a check during the day during normal working hours. I always choose this emergency in case of insults.

A really awful hospital! They kept us waiting for almost three hours with a broken arm in the corridor, saying that we were not acute (in the meantime, they were treating children with a torn nail, abraded arm or knee that came after us!). The result, after three hours, the son ended up straightening in the hall, followed by hospitalization! He waited in pain all the time, and if I hadn't asked for at least ice, we wouldn't have gotten it. I'm filing a lawsuit against this department! Absolute amateurism!

They are already treating the third generation of our family here. They are always perfect, the best in the Czech Republic, they do operations here that they do not do elsewhere. Just number one. ????

I came with my son to suspect a broken arm. I waited at the window for 15 minutes before they at least enrolled us and included us. The lady printed stickers for 15 minutes, translated papers and didn't rush. That was enough. Then, after enrollment, an assistant's nurse probably looked at her son, marked him green as not acute, and I went to sit down and wait. About 10 more children came after us, marked with a blue ribbon, and they all walked in front of us, even though they came after us. Well, even after 3.5 hours of waiting, we didn't get in line, so we left. Of course, during those 3.5 hours more and more patients went with a blue bracelet .... Like this, it's a really unreal approach. Something outrageous !!!!! They would only take us when the waiting room was probably empty and there was no one with a blue and a different ribbon. But it was for a sleeping bag and an overnight stay in the waiting room. I saw a little boy there, he couldn't even walk in pain, he was lying there on chairs and they let him writhe in pain like this for 2 hours.

If your child is not dying, do not go there. Waiting times are unbearable. In 45 minutes, no patient entered any of the three surgeries. In the meantime, the police were dealing with an angry boy after a car accident who had been waiting there for three hours ... Still, people were dwindling. They preferred to leave untreated. As we waited, the swelling at our injured thumb decreased, so we also preferred to leave.

Today, my son and I visited the emergency room after tearing his leg. Access from the front door to the first. The first nurse immediately advised me, the other in the filing cabinet kindly filled in all the necessary documents and explained everything to me. Dr. Pavel Tomek and his nurse were amazing. The son took 4 stitches and a drain with a smile on his lip and the words "Mom was the best doctor and nurse in the world". Thank you all for your great approach and also for fulfilling everything I promised my son on the way to the emergency room. More such people ????
