★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Showroom v době 8/2020 spíše přehlídka nevkusu a zastaralého zboží. Kuchyně toho času v rekonstrukci - spíš v demolici. Zato ceny, ty si stále drží úroveň.. návrh koupelny od zaměstnankyně úplná katastrofa, jak po stránce designové, tak praktické. Někomu by třeba tento styl seděl - nevím, já jsem bohužel odcházel značně znechucen. Možná jsem se trefil i do špatně doby (rekonstrukce), ale to snad raději na měsíc zavřít, než aby zákazník viděl tohle.
Showroom in the period 8/2020 rather a show of taste and obsolete goods. The kitchen of that time under reconstruction - more like demolition. On the other hand, the prices still keep you level .. the design of the bathroom from the employee is a complete disaster, both in terms of design and practicality. Some people might like this style - I don't know, unfortunately I left very disgusted. Maybe I hit the wrong time (reconstruction), but maybe it's better to close it for a month than for the customer to see this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ V oddělení koupelen profesionální a příjemné jednání, ač při dodávce bohužel zpožděné termíny a chybějící položky, na které se pak čekalo déle. Reklamace umývátka také trvala něco přes měsíc a komunikace zdlouhavá, kdy jsem si připadala spíš jako horký brambor.
V oddělení kuchyní Hanák nepříjemná paní, která měla zjevně lepší představu, než já, o tom co chci. Prý: "Na to nemáte." Neprofesionální, arogantní jednání. Na dodávku tedy nedošlo.
In the bathroom department, professional and pleasant negotiations, although unfortunately delayed deadlines and missing items during delivery, which were then waited longer. The washbasin complaint also lasted a little over a month and the communication was lengthy, when I felt more like a hot potato.
In the Hanák kitchen department, an unpleasant lady, who obviously had a better idea than I, of what I wanted. They say, "You don't have to." Unprofessional, arrogant behavior. The delivery did not take place.
