Zachovala je pouze hranolovitá věž s dřevěným schodištěm (nechtěl jsem riskovat a nešel nahoru) a všude v okolí archeologické vykopávky které indikovaly minulé stavby, které nepřežily hospodaření komunistů a státního statku (viz popis v fotografiich). Posekáno, hezké prostředí ale nic moc k prohlížení. I quite liked the Silent Fortress. They were preserved only by a prismatic tower with a wooden staircase (I did not want to take risks and did not go up) and all around the archeological excavations that indicated past buildings that did not survive the management of the communists and the state farm (see description in photos). Chopped, nice environment but not much to view.
E	El Kalas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tvrz Tichá je zřícenina, která je součástí stezky Hrady na Malši. Nachází se na okraji stejnojmenné vesnice u rybníka Hláska. V létě 2016, kdy jsme ji navštívili, byly veřejně přístupné pouze exteriéry. Celé okolí, včetně polorozpadlé informační tabule, bylo značně zanedbané, zarostlé kopřivami, celkově neudržované. Je to škoda, zbytky samotné tvrze - hranolovitá věž a pozůstatky příkopů - jsou velice zajímavé, neutěšený vzhled okolí však úplně kazí celkový dojem. Bohužel... The Tichá fortress is a ruin that is part of the Castles in Malše trail. Located at the edge of the village of the same name by the pond Hláska. In summer 2016, when we visited it, only the exteriors were open to the public. The whole area, including the dilapidated information board, was largely neglected, overgrown with nettles, generally unkempt. It is a pity, the remains of the fortress itself - the prismatic tower and the remains of ditches - are very interesting, but the dismal appearance of the surroundings completely spoils the overall impression. Unfortunately...

Sousední rybník je ideálním místem pro bruslaře, kteří jsou přesyceni masovou turistiku z Lipna. Tichá Fortress is changing beyond recognition. From the indistinct ruins grows a beautiful reminder of bygone times. The neighboring pond is an ideal place for skaters who are saturated with mass tourism from Lipno.
