Absolutely unprofessional behavior! He promises the apartment and then calls that he wants more money otherwise he gives the apartment to someone else. Mrs. proprietor is of the opinion that clients are just a waste that has nothing to do in her business and can do whatever she wants with the flats (this is exactly out of her mouth in negotiations with the flat owner) so consider whether you want to deal with someone and recommend everyone checked this real estate agency.
