D	Di Gor on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Musím říci že paní Lištvanová měla profesionální jednání když prodávala jeden z bytů který jsem vlastnila ( Praha - Branik ) ale u koupě více bytů které jsem našla na Tide reality v rezidenci 4U Living už ne . Všechny byty mají dost reklamací protože jsou špatně udělané včetně celkové stavby a zatékání do domu . Většina vlastníků psala realitní kanceláři TIDE stížnosti ale bylo nám odpovězeno že jsou pouze zprostředkovatele a nemají s tím nic společného . Develepor Green Cape International neměl ani tu snahu se osobně setkat a řešit společně veškeré závady . Krásná reklama krásný popis s obrázky ale kvalita šílená . Tohle byl můj životní omyl a nejhorší investice s ponaučením do budoucna ! I must say that Mrs. Lištvanová had a professional deal when she sold one of the apartments I owned (Prague - Branik), but not when buying more apartments that I found on Tide Reality in the 4U Living residence. All apartments have enough complaints because they are badly done, including the overall construction and leaking into the house. Most of the owners wrote complaints to the real estate agency TIDE, but we were told that they were only intermediaries and had nothing to do with it. Develepor Green Cape International did not even have the effort to meet in person and solve all the problems together. Beautiful advertising beautiful description with pictures but quality crazy. This was my life's mistake and the worst investment with a lesson for the future!

Při koupi bytu v ulici Krakovská v centru Prahy od developera REKO Krakovská s.r.o. byl p. Velebil celé tři roky při ruce, řešil veškeré problémy se stavbou ihned, přímočaře a byl skvělým prostředníkem mezi mnou jako kupujícím a REKO Krakovská jako stavebníkem. Stavba nových projektů se nikdy neobejde bez problémů, avšak si dovoluji říct, že pan Velebil měl velkou zásluhu na tom, že nakonec vše proběhlo docela hladce. Díky moc! Kysilka M. When buying an apartment in Krakovská street in the center of Prague from developer REKO Krakovská s.r.o. Mr. Velebil was with him for three years, solving all the problems with the construction immediately, straightforwardly and was a great mediator between me as a buyer and REKO Krakovská as a builder. The construction of new projects can never do without problems, but I would like to say that Mr. Velebil had a great credit for the fact that in the end everything went quite smoothly. Thanks a lot! Honesty, communication, punctuality, and services rendered were poor until it came time to collect the fee. These guys give real estate agents a bad name and I am one.
