I asked František Tikal a question concerning the filing of an opposition to the daily rate of the fine imposed above on a criminal order of the District Court in Wurzburg, Germany. Despite the fact that the lawyer deals with German civil law and not German criminal law (my mistake that I did not notice it on the website), he found out everything necessary and essential. We mainly needed information on whether in the case of the type of opposition we intended to file, the main trial was not actually ordered and, if the court decided by issuing another order, whether the defendant incurred additional legal costs to pay to the court (as common in the Czech Republic).
