Materiál se žmolkuje a reklamaci neuznávají !!!! O	Ondřej Švestka on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zkušenost s firmou Tilak, jakožto distributorem obuvi Meindl, je absolutně tristní. Pohorky koupené před 8 měsíci mohu vyhodit, dvakrát v reklamaci, dvakrát zamítnuto. - Po měsíci rozlepená obsázka, dle mého dlouho stály na skladě a lepidlo už moc nedrželo. Měsíc v reklamaci, ta byla zamítnuta Tilakem z důvodu, že jsem si to za měsíc okopal a odlepil sám (i na vnitřní straně paty). Přes zamítnutí ale bota opravena. - Po půl roce jsem zjistil, že povolila na vnějšku paty jedné boty jemná kůže, co je z ní lem, a vyjela ze švu. V botě je tedy asi 4 cm dlouhá díra. Opět reklamace, opět zamítnutí - způsobil jsem si to sám, i když je to z mého pohledu jasná výrobní vada. Perličkou je, že reklamace byla zamítnuta den před skončením 30 denní lhůty, tudíž je mi jasné, že oprava z časových důvodů nepřipadala v úvahu a je lepší poslat zákazníka i s děravou pohorkou za nemalý peníz k šípku. Zvažuji tedy, zda mi stojí za to se s firmou Tilak hádat a platit si soudního znalce, anebo boty za 6 000 Kč hodím po půl roce do koše. I když jsem měl Tilak za solidní firmu, tak musím bohužel říci "Never more!" ? The experience with Tilak, as a distributor of Meindl footwear, is absolutely sad. Pohorky bought 8 months ago I can throw away, twice in the complaint, twice rejected. - After a month, the detached crew, in my opinion, stood in stock for a long time and the glue no longer held much. A month in the complaint, it was rejected by Tilak on the grounds that I dug it up in a month and peeled it off myself (even on the inside of the heel). Despite the rejection, the shoe was repaired. - After half a year, I found out that the fine leather on the outside of the heel of one shoe loosened the hem of the shoe and came out of the seam. So there is a hole about 4 cm long in the shoe. Complaints again, rejections again - I caused it myself, even though it is a clear manufacturing defect from my point of view. The pearl is that the complaint was rejected the day before the end of the 30-day period, so it is clear to me that the repair was out of the question due to time constraints and it is better to send the customer even with a leaky bitch for a lot of money for the arrow. So I'm considering whether it's worth arguing with Tilak and paying for a forensic expert, or throwing shoes for CZK 6,000 in the trash after six months. Even though I had Tilak as a solid company, unfortunately I have to say "Never more!" ?
