Zástupce firmy nás navštívil, ověřil potřebný výkon kotle a vypracoval nabídku na montáž a instalaci kotle včetně výměny radiátorů v celém domě. Tuto výměnu zajistili společně s další firmou. Celá akce trvala tři dny. Cenová nabídka byla dodržena. Podklady pro dotaci byly připraveny během čtyř dnů. Zajistili i likvidaci kotle a změnu v žádosti v instalovaném kotli. Jsem spokojen. Když už se mi podařilo nějaký termín domluvit, tak byl ještě 4x posunut a to jen díky neustálým urgencím. Postup nutno zopakovat při každé položce - dodání kotle, montáž kotle, dodání dokumentace... Nakonec dodali jiné zboží než objednané. První reakce: "No s tim nic neuděláme, s tim nic nejde. A na reklamaci máme 30 dní tak coby...". Nejhorší je, že zřejmě nejde o zlý úmysl, ale obyčejnou neschopnost. With an overview of the worst supplier I had during the reconstruction of the house.
