★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2 hvězdičky jsem dal protože jsem přijel na domluvený termín 5 minut před 9 hodinou a ani v 9:15 ve firmě nikdo nebyl. I to bych přešel ale aspoň bych očekával, že někdo zavolá s odůvodněním a návrhem ničeho termínu ?
 I gave 2 stars because I arrived on the agreed date 5 minutes before 9 o'clock and no one was in the company at 9:15. I would have gone too, but at least I would expect someone to call with a justification and a proposal for nothing deadline ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Co se týče mytí a čistoty auta, byl jsem velmi spokojen a dal bych klidně plný počet. Co jsem ale moc nepochopil, že jsem si připlatil 300 Kč za vysušení interiéru a po příchodu byl vůz jen nastartován a klima s topením byla puštěna naplno. Takže se plácala moje nafta a za to jsem platil 3 stovky navíc (předpokládal jsem nějaký externí vysoušeč). Co mě ale hodně naštvalo, že po příchodu při vysoušení vozu bylo auto odemčené, nastartované, ale bez dohledu zaměstnanců mimo prostor myčky, kudy chodily možná až desítky cizích lidí, takže kdokoliv mohl pohodlně nasednout a odjet.
As for the washing and cleanliness of the car, I was very satisfied and I would give the full number. But what I didn't quite understand was that I paid an extra CZK 300 for drying the interior, and upon arrival the car was just started and the climate with heating was in full swing. So my diesel was slapping and I paid 3 hundred extra for it (I assumed some external dryer). But what bothered me a lot was that after arriving when the car was drying out, the car was unlocked, started, but without the supervision of employees outside the car wash area, where maybe dozens of strangers went, so that anyone could get on and off comfortably.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrived after waiting for 3 weeks. They said that it would cost twice as much as the agreed price due to an extra fee for extra dirty seats.
The information was indeed written in advance on the voucher, but it was hidden deeper in the extra info section. I highly recommend putting that info on the top, to prevent disappointed customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid this place, apart from having a very rude employee telling us we should clean our car more often. they let us drive 45min to find out that the agreed price (Slevomat 699) will actually be more then double sinds they need to do all kinds of work that was not agreed on over the phone.
