Komunikace hrozná, člověk musel každý týden volat, jak se oprava vyvíjí (hloubkový test PC byl puštěn 7 dní!) a nakonec se mi snažili ještě okrást, pač mi vyměnili grafickou kartu, kterou jsem doma zkusil a normálně fungovala! Když jsem se tam vrátil, tak mi bylo řečeno, že se to občas stává, že se sama "opraví" a pokud chci, vrátí mi peníze za GK, kterou mi tam dali..byla použitá, deset let stará a moje původní měla výkon 1 GB a "nová" měla 256 MB za 500 Kč bez záruky! Podotýkám, že nová 2 GB s dvouletou zárukou stojí 1000 Kč. Sem nikdy více!! Pokoušejí se okrást lidi, co si myslí, že tomu za mák nerozumí! So I definitely do not recommend this service! The communication was terrible, you had to call every week how the repair was developing (the PC depth test was run for 7 days!) And in the end they tried to rob me, but they replaced my graphics card, which I tried at home and it worked normally! When I returned there, I was told that it sometimes happens that she "repairs" herself and if I want, she will return the money for the GK they gave me there .. it was used, ten years old and my original had performance 1 GB and "new" had 256 MB for 500 CZK without warranty! I note that the new 2 GB with a two-year warranty costs CZK 1,000. Never again !! They are trying to rob people who they think they don't understand!

Přijímající technik pan Beránek svým vystupováním - jak slušností, vstřícností, tak i svými znalostmi na mne udělal velmi dobrý dojem. Tuto firmu mohu jen doporučit. During the month of August 2018, I had Lenovo tablets repaired by Time4 IT. The receiving technician, Mr. Beránek, made a very good impression on him with his demeanor, helpfulness, and knowledge. I can only recommend this company.
M	Marek Tichy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Neuvěřitelné, tablet (výměna screenu) v opravě 3 měsíce, nekomunikují vůbec, nakonec neopraveno, jen doničeno, SD karta přelomená napůl. Příští oprava jedině v AMobilu. Unbelievable, tablets (screen replacement) in repair for 3 months, do not communicate at all, in the end not repaired, just damaged, SD card broken in half. Next repair only in AMobil.
