★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tak. Mé zkušenosti s touto pobočkou nejsou příjemné. Byla jsem zde tři krát a už nikdy. Když si chodivam vybrat peníze jinde, téměř vždy jsou zaměstnanci milí. Když ne milí, alespoň více či méně ochotni, což pro výběr stačí. Občanku u sebe téměř nenosím, mám ji vyfocenou v telefonu a totožnost můžu prokázat například řidičským průkazem, na kterém mám stejnou fotografií. Na jiných pobočkách nebývá problém. Bohužel, chlapec už se viděl o půl páté na gauči s pivkem a cigarkem a řešit cokoliv jinak, než je zvyklý, na to už neměl zřejmě kapacitu. Rozumim. Dát si jedna a jedna dohromady nemusí být vždy jednoduché. Ale co je jednoduche, že? Každopádně přišla jsem za 2 minuty pět s občankou a pan v bundě řekl že má do pěti, že už končí. O jeho aroganci a debilite raději ani nebudu mluvit. Recenze píšu jen občas, ale tohle jsem musela. Moment, kdy na mě někdo zvýší hlas kvůli banalite je pro mě naprosto nepřípustné.
So. My experience with this branch is not pleasant. I've been here three times and never again. When I go to collect money elsewhere, the employees are almost always nice. If not nice, at least more or less willing, which is enough for the choice. I hardly carry a citizen with me, I have a photo taken on my phone and I can prove my identity, for example, with a driver's license, on which I have the same photo. There is usually no problem at other branches. Unfortunately, the boy had already seen himself at half past four on the couch with a beer and a cigar, and he probably didn't have the capacity to deal with anything other than what he was used to. I understand. Putting one and one together may not always be easy. But what's simple, isn't it? Anyway, I came in five minutes with a citizen and the man in the jacket said that he had until five that it was over. I'd rather not even talk about his arrogance and debility. I write reviews only occasionally, but I had to. The moment when someone raises my voice over me due to banality is completely inadmissible for me.
