★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lousy and unclear website to navigate and request for a service, poor and customer service, overcharged to send and charged me for insurance and I have no option to go and cancel the insurance. Reply them and they take forever to reply. A lousy company overall. Do not recommend!

They have hidden charges and charge you extra for Paypal transfer. Nobody is responding for any requests hence presume this is not legitimate business. I was not able to send any parcel with them.Stay away from this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered goods in Germany, I got email notification within couple hours after Deutsche Post delivered the package to Tiptrans virtual address. It took me a while to understand all steps on the website and yes you have to include the strange package insurance, however I declared low value of package so insurance was quite cheap. Package then arrived to my home fairly quickly! Overall good experience with this service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ (1) I ordered delivery UK - CZ. Delivery took more than TWO MONTHS! And it was needed a lot of my time and assistance to even be successful. Service provider didn´t reply and didn´t solve my issues. They only replied once, after I escalated it further. This company´s service quality is below average. And this comedy costs more than 1200CZK. (2) For instance, I tried another 2 companies for the same delivery - it took 2 days / 5 days. They solved everything and for cheaper.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tiptrans is a scam, avoid at all cost!
They took my package as a hostage and cancelled the dispatch multiple times with excuses and charged extra money.
Their cheapest shipment options are clearly a trick to get you fooled to use their service, and once they got your package as a hostage they start charging you extra money. For example, they made some totally made up excuses to force me to use more expensive courier.
I had to make a dispute to my credit card company to get my money back for a fraudulent extra charge of USD 10, which they slipped in to my Tiptrans account balance for a shipping insurance that I never chose for my shipping.
Tiptrans has also some currency conversion issue, my Tiptrans account balance was missing one cent from my first Paypal payment.
