★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Po telefonické domluvě termínu na konkrétní den a hodinu jsem se v daný termín dostavil. Po příjezdu mi bylo sděleno, že žádné objednávky na konkrétní termín nedělají. Místo slibovaných 30 minut se po mně chtělo čekat hodinu, než vůbec přijdu na řadu. Zapřít zákazníkovi domluvený termín takovýmto způsobem je doslovný výsměch a plýtvání času zákazníka.
After arranging a date by appointment for a specific day and hour, I arrived on the given date. Upon arrival, I was informed that they do not make any orders for a specific date. Instead of the promised 30 minutes, I wanted to wait an hour for my turn. Denying the customer an agreed date in this way is a literal ridicule and a waste of the customer's time.
