★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nejhorší zkušenost v životě, tiskárna pokazila tisk a odmítla se s námi bavit o reklamaci. I přes to, že sami chybu přiznali, tak nám nechtěli vyjít vstříc. Neskutečná arogance... vsázeli na to, že se nebudeme soudit, protože moc dobře věděli, že nemáme peníze. :(
The worst experience in my life, the printer ruined the press and refused to talk to us about the complaint. Despite the fact that they themselves admitted the mistake, they did not want to accommodate us. Incredible arrogance ... they bet we wouldn't judge because they knew very well we didn't have the money. :(
