★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se společností nemám vůbec dobré zkušenosti. U společnosti jsem objednávala 2 druhy zboží - vizitky a grafický návrh firemních desek. Tisk vizitek byl zpožděn, kdy jsem musela jejich dodání opakovaně urgovat. Následně mi byly doručeny vizitky jiného klienta a pracovnicí podpory mi bez ostychu byla přeposlána soukromá komunikace s touto klientkou. To považuji za velmi neetické. Následně mi byly vizitky zaslány na jinou adresu, než na kterou jsem žádala. Celkem byly vizitky zpožděny o cca týden. Komunikace velmi tristní. Pokud jde o objednaný grafický návrh desek - tento mi byl sice poslán, avšak v nevyhovující podobě, následně již společnost nereagovala, ač za grafické práce byla odměna dopředu zaplacena.
Plánovala jsem u této společnosti zadat výrobu všech potřebných reklamních materiálů, avšak již nikdy více. Člověk dokáže pochopit chybu, avšak jednání společnosti se zákazníky je za hranou.
 I have no good experience with the company at all. I ordered 2 types of goods from the company - business cards and graphic design of company boards. The printing of business cards was delayed, when I had to repeatedly urge their delivery. Subsequently, other client's business cards were delivered to me and a private communication with this client was forwarded to me without shame. I find this very unethical. Subsequently, the business cards were sent to a different address than the one I requested. In total, the business cards were delayed by about a week. Communication very sad. As for the ordered graphic design of the boards - this one was sent to me, but in an unsatisfactory form, subsequently the company no longer responded, although the reward for the graphic work was paid in advance.
I planned to order the production of all the necessary advertising materials from this company, but never again. One can understand the mistake, but the company's dealings with customers are over the edge.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ještě nikdy jsem nepotkala tak neprofesionální přístup. Obdržela pouze polovinu objednávky a druhou ne. Když jsem se snažila opakovaně dovolat na podporu, tak to zásadně nikdo nezvedal. Dokonce během dvou dnů ani nikdo nezavolal zpět. Jediná možnost co zbyla bylo napsat na FB stánku, ti utli komunikaci v polovině, s tím, že zjistí stav objednávky a už se neozvali.
Následně druhý den se ozvali jinému člověku z naší společnosti (který měl zakázku pouze převzít, jinou odpovědnost za ní neměl, ani netušil co všechno má obsahovat) a snažili, se řešit to s ním. Když se konečně ozvali zpět mě. Tak mi bylo od pani řečeno, že jí to je líto, že spala, protože dělá z domova! To byla její "omluva" s tím, že už (cca 10 dní po doručení první poloviny zásilky) začali pracovat na druhé a co nejdřív ji vyexpedují.
Takže krom toho, že na obchodním oddělení zásadně nezvedají telefony, potřebné informace Vám nedají, přehazují odpovědnost jeden na druhého, tak nejsou schopni reagovat ani na emaily.
Kvalita této primárně "podpory klienta" mě donutila přejít k jiné firmě, i když zde jsem nakupovala ráda.
I have never encountered such an unprofessional approach. She received only half the order and not the other. When I tried to call for support repeatedly, basically no one answered. Even in two days, no one called back. The only option left was to write at the FB stand, they cut the communication in half, finding out the status of the order and no longer responding.
Subsequently, the next day, they contacted another person from our company (who was only to take over the contract, he had no other responsibility for it, nor did he know what it was supposed to contain) and tried to solve it with him. When they finally called me back. So I was told by the lady that she was sorry she slept because she works from home! This was her "excuse" with the fact that (about 10 days after the delivery of the first half of the shipment) they started working on the second one and they ship it as soon as possible.
So, in addition to the fact that they do not answer the sales department at the sales department, they do not give you the necessary information, they transfer responsibility to each other, so they are not even able to respond to emails.
The quality of this primarily "client support" forced me to move to another company, even though I liked shopping here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ S tiskem jsem nebyla spokojená, při vyzvednutí objednávky na pobočce v čb jsem čekala asi tak čtvrt hodiny.
Tištěná grafika nebyla v kvalitě na kterou jsem zvyklá, pravděpodobně nevhodné nastavení tiskárny - tmavé barvy zabarvené do zelena.
A navíc dražší než v tiskárně kam chodím pravidelně.
Nikdy víc.
I was not satisfied with the press, I waited about a quarter of an hour when picking up the order at the branch in B&W.
The printed graphics were not in the quality I'm used to, probably the wrong printer settings - dark green.
Plus, it's more expensive than the printer I go to regularly.
Never more.
