Jeden den vam zavolaji, ze je zbozi na sklade a druhy den, kdyz s tim na 100% pocitate a ve firme pouzivate predevsim tisk a kopirovani, vam reknou, ze vlastne zbozi nemaji a mate pockat tyden a pul!!! Opakuji na bezne HP tonery tyden a pul!!! Doporucuji vsem se obratit na jineho dodavatele tohoto zbozi
 Absolutely malfunctioning company. One day I will call you that the goods are in stock and the other day when you 100% count and use the company mainly printing and copying, they say that they actually do not have and can wait a week and a half !!! I repeat for common HP toners week and half !!! I recommend everyone to contact another supplier of this product

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prodavac nepříjemný člověk, který má asi jedinou radost z toho ukazovat ostatním, ze je lepší. Málokdy se mi stane, ze neco opravdu potrebuju a stejně radeji odejdu bez toho, než se bavit s takovým člověkem.
The salesman is an unpleasant person who has probably the only joy in showing others that he is better. It rarely happens to me that I really need something and I still prefer to leave without talking to such a person.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jediná prodejna v Praze (nejen této firmy), která nabízela kompletní sadu inkoustů, co jsem právě potřeboval. A velmi příhodně dosažitelná všemi druhy dopravy - jen snad letiště je trochu 'z ruky' ?.
The only store in Prague (not just this company) that offered a complete set of inks that I just needed. And very conveniently accessible by all modes of transport - only perhaps the airport is a bit 'out of hand' ?.

Vždy v pohodě, ale arogance mladého prodavače, co je neumí ani pozdravit je v dnešní době zarážející a jeho celková komunikace byla hodně povýšená... Něco ve stylu co jsem si dovolil ho v jeho práci prodavače otravovat... Osobně už sem dlouho nepůjdu...
