★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Špatný zákaznický servis. Na zakázku jsme místo deklarovaného jednoho týdne čekali čtyři. Při telefonické urgencích jen výmluvy s ujištěním, že to za týden už bude. Nepřijde mi normální někam volat čtyřikrát. Nevadí mi zpoždění, jsme lidé, to se stává, ale ty zbytečně výmluvy a sliby. Pro další spolupráci jsem si vybral jinou firmu.
Poor customer service. We waited four instead of the one week declared. For urgent telephone calls, just excuses with the assurance that it will be in a week. I don't think it's normal to call four times. I do not mind the delay, we are people, it happens, but you wasted excuses and promises. For further cooperation I chose another company.
