★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super - velice milá a ochotná paní vyřešila problém s koupí IQOS zařízení - jejich distribuce má výrazné systémové problémy - neuvěřitelné - paní se mi intenzivně věnovala asi hodinku, jen aby můj požadavek vyřešila. S ostatními službami jsem také nadmíru dlouhodobě spokojený (časopisy, občerstvení,...) a nikdy se mi nestalo, že by tomu bylo jinak ??
Super - very nice and helpful lady solved the problem with the purchase of IQOS devices - their distribution has significant system problems - unbelievable - the lady devoted me intensively to about an hour, just to solve my request. I am also extremely satisfied with other services for a long time (magazines, refreshments, ...) and it never happened to me that it would be otherwise ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Všechno v pořádku. Když jsem chtěl reklamovat zboží, tak bylo možné reklamaci vyřídit, i když jsem neměl účtenku. Paní to ochotně dohledala v počítači. Akorát jsem nepochopil, když jsem chtěl nejlevnější filtry Asko za 25 Kč, tak mi nabídla vážky za 26 Kč - že jsou levnější.

I just didn't understand when I wanted the cheapest Asko filters for CZK 25, so she offered me dragonflies for CZK 26 - that they are cheaper.
