★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good burger, super fast service, but I would like my Cola cold next time and I also find BBQ sauce a bit too runny and sweet, but its just my taste. And definitely like the idea about a stamp card :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We used to come here quite often because the burgers were delicious, but we noticed lately that they switched the burger buns for the regular white and soft one that you can buy at the store, and the overall quality has gone down because of that. Hoping they will bring back the other buns, so we can enjoy Tom's Burger again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad burger with awful sauce. They have gotten worse very fast. The waitress spilled some oily sauce onto my leg which didn't come off. Unfriendly staff and rude behavior. Wouldn't recommend, not gonna visit again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really didn't expect a burger place inside a mall to be this good. Highly recommended. We ate a burger and fish and chips, both were absolutely delicious, the portion sizes are big and the fries... Oh the fries are just amazing, we tries both sweet fries and regular ones, both were excellent.
Definitely stop for a rest here during your next shopping frenzy.

However, not a big difference between "large and normal" - we've ordered both and didn't seen any significant differences... More to it, staff behind counter in bad mood&bored by her job - we almost did not order anything due to it. Fountain/postmix soda will be also much better than .3l cans.

In chilli burger I didn’t feel anything spicy so they might change the name.
Bun should be smaller or meat bigger
With westfield app I couldn’t use 15% off for some reason.
Jack Daniel’s barbie sauce was good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love the burgers here, tried beacon and chicken burgers and were very tasty! The French fries were also very good and they have a nice choice of sauces.
Also, the staff was very friendly and even tho I don’t speak Czech they didn’t get annoyed and we communicated as we could in English and we even had a laugh :-). I’d give them 5 stars just because of that.
