★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tomáš je vstřícný, ochotný a servis funguje velmi rychle, to je hlavní výhoda. Bohužel ne vždy jsem byl s opravou spokojen, např. jsem zde na 4x řešil pískání kl. řemene, přičemž ho 2x měnili za údajně nový (který mi naúčtovali), ovšem nový nebyl - nakonec jsem auto dal jinam a tam mi konečně dali kvalitní řemen, že prý ten původní byl starý a nekvalitní. Asi si zde montéři přivydělávají jak můžou... S odstupem také zjišťuji, že když jsem tu nechal auto kvůli výměně napínací kladky klínového řemene, tak ponechali původní, ale zaplatil jsem novou 2500,-. Nedávno mi kladku vyměnil kamarád a pískání konečně přestalo (po x letech, a kdyby tehdy u Lužného udělali, co měli, tak už bylo dávno po problému!).
Tomas is helpful, helpful and the service works very quickly, that is the main advantage. Unfortunately, I was not always satisfied with the repair, for example, I dealt with the whistling of kl. belts, while they changed it twice for allegedly new (which they charged me), but it was not new - in the end I put the car elsewhere and there they finally gave me a quality belt, that the original was old and of poor quality. Probably the fitters earn extra money here as they can ... I also find out from a distance that when I left the car here to replace the V-belt tensioner pulley, they kept the original one, but I paid a new 2500 Recently my friend replaced the pulley and the whistling finally stopped (after x years, and if they did what they had at Lužný then, it was long after the problem!).
