★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tuto realitní kancelář jsem zvolil na doporučení pro pronájem bytu. K realitním kancelářím jsem byl skeptický, ale pan Lenner mě přesvědčil o opaku. Vše proběhlo bez jediného problému a přesně dle mých požadavků. Určitě RK Lenner doporučuji.
I chose this real estate agency on the recommendation for renting an apartment. I was skeptical of real estate agents, but Mr. Lenner convinced me otherwise. Everything went without a single problem and exactly according to my requirements. I definitely recommend RK Lenner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nedoporučuji. Pan Lenner se se mnou domluvil na prohlídce, následně nedorazil na místo a ani nezvedal telefon. Následně mi volal cca o hodinu později, že nemovitost již den předtím zarezervoval jinému zájemci a že mi psal SMS, kde ruší prohlídku. SMS mi ale žádná nedorazila, což jsem mu sdělila, načež mi řekl, že mám asi plnou paměť v telefonu a proto mi to nepřišlo, a že mi teda pošle screenshot s důkazem, že mi SMS odesílal. Na tom jsme se domluvili včera dopoledne, do dnešního dne mi ale žádný screenshot nepřišel. Jeli jsme na prohlídku asi 150 km zbytečně a ještě jsem vytáhla na tuto projížďku známého stavaře v sobotu ráno z postele, aby nám pomohl nemovitost posoudit z tech. hlediska. Věřím, že SMS nedorazila kvůli nějakým technickým potížím, ale čekala bych buď dodržení slova, nebo omluvu. Benzín a náš čas není zadarmo.
I do not recommend. Mr. Lenner arranged an inspection with me, then did not arrive and did not answer the phone. Subsequently, he called me about an hour later, that he had booked the property with another person the day before and that he had written me an SMS where he was canceling the tour. But I didn't receive any SMS, which I told him, after which he told me that I probably had full memory on my phone and therefore I didn't get it, and that he would send me a screenshot with proof that he was sending me an SMS. We agreed on that yesterday morning, but to this day I have not received any screenshots. We went for a tour of about 150 km unnecessarily and I still pulled out of bed on this ride of a famous builder on Saturday morning to help us assess the property from tech. point of view. I believe that the SMS did not arrive due to some technical problems, but I would expect either keeping my word or apologizing. Gasoline and our time is not free.
