Za mě nejhodnotnější informace je: nešetřete na odbornících pokud děláte investici v hodnotě milionů. Kvalitní právník a hypoteční specialista, případně i makléř, který Vám bude asistovat při koupi bytu jsou minimální položky v celkovém rozpočtu. Pokud bych již neměla svoji poradkyni, jistě bych jeho služeb velmi ráda využila. Mr. Rusňák is the author of the very valuable and informative podcast Hypotécast, which was a quality advisor when buying my first property. For me, the most valuable information is: don't skimp on experts if you are making an investment worth millions. A quality lawyer and mortgage specialist, or even a broker who will assist you in buying an apartment are the minimum items in the total budget. If I no longer had my counselor, I would certainly be very happy to use his services.

Dnes vďaka nemu a jeho kolegyni pani Zaderlíkovej už veselo bývame a hypotéku splácame. Spolu nás obaja previedli celým procesom od úvodného trpezlivého zodpovedania našich dotazov, cez analýzu našej situácie a aktuálnych bankových ponúk, až po finálne vybavenie žiadosti o hypotéku. Chceli by sme vyzdvihnúť hlavne ich rýchlu a jasnú komunikáciu a obzvlášť zodpovedný prístup voči zákazníkovi. Ďakujeme. Člověk přirozeně chce pracovat s nejlepšími a to pan Rusňák a jeho tým určitě jou. Nakonec to netrvalo ani tak dlouho a na začátku listopadu jsem oslovil pana Rusňáka s požadavkem na hypo. On i jeho kolegeně mají celý proces dobře zvládnutý. Já, jako klient, jsem vždy dostal jasné požadavky, co zařídit. Na konci celého procesu přišla všechna dokumentace v jednom balíku a za jedno dopoledne se vše podepsané vracelo zpět do Taurum finance. No a tentýž týden byly celá hypo na účtu. Naturally, you want to work with the best, and Mr. Rusňák and his team definitely eat. In the end, it didn't take that long, and at the beginning of November I approached Mr. Rusňák with a request for a hypo. He and his colleagues have mastered the whole process. As a client, I have always been given clear requirements on what to arrange. At the end of the whole process, all the documentation came in one package, and in one morning everything signed back to Taurum Finance. And the same week, the whole hypo was on the bill. Absolute satisfaction for me!

Díky informaci od firmy Fichtner s.r.o. kde mám investice , jsem dostal typ, že je možné již dva roky dopředu si zafixovat hypotéku - což byla tehdy úplná novinka a zkontaktoval p. Rusňáka na doporučení dané firmy. Vše proběhlo bez problémů a na profesionální úrovni. Jsem přesvědčen, že mi ušetřil hodně času vyhledáváním informací a získáváním výhodných nabídek. Refixace provedena s fixací na 10 let a když vidím jak dnes úroky letí nahoru, tak jsem rád že jsem tak udělal. Podcast jsem zatím neslyšel, ale mám ho v todolistu k náslechu. The refixation was done with a fixation for 10 years, and when I see the interest rate rising today, I'm glad I did. I haven't heard the podcast yet, but I have it in the title list for listening.
