★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zboží krásné, ALE - příšerný způsob řešení vratek - pokud si zboží objednáte z e-shopu, nelze jej vrátit či vyměnit osobně. I kdybyste byli přímo z Nového Jičína, zboží musíte poslat poštou! Odvolávají se na obchodní podmínky, které takovou informaci vůbec neobsahují.
Nespokojenost zákazníků se tady neřeší - ani omluvu nedostanete, když si o ni neřeknete.
Beautiful goods, BUT - a terrible way of dealing with returns - if you order the goods from the e-shop, it cannot be returned or exchanged in person. Even if you were directly from Nový Jičín, you have to send the goods by post! They refer to business conditions that do not contain such information at all.
Customer dissatisfaction is not solved here - you won't even get an excuse if you don't ask for it.
