I have had my hair cut for years in Sydney branch of Tony & Guys but I was travelling and had it this time in Prague. I can say this was better than any of them in Sydney. The guy with short grey hair (forgot his name) was so professional and so caring. So happy about the service. I wish I can get back sometime later.

Good haircut and atmosphere. But 30 euro for a mans haircut!!! It's a haircut it takes 15 min. 30 euro is unacceptable. I can't believe they charge so much for a haircut. Doctors take less and make life and death decisions.

Great hairdressers in quite central location.

I was there for my appointment on Sun. 18th of December due to my appointment of origin 15.12 got swapped. I got my Haircut by Jana because i was asking for a Senior Stylist. Everyone was really friendly but this is what i am as a Toni&Guy regular (my former Salon was in London Covend Garden) expecting anyway. Maybe it is good to mention that the receptionist was especially friendly, helpful and has a great vibe. The consultation with Jana was kind of quick but she understood basically my needs and wishes. At the basin the trainee was also very friendly and she has great massage skills. The haircut was done really quick and in my opinion not 100% properly. Usually my hairdresser is always personalising and texturising the haircut. For my type of hair twistcut is the best technique i figured out. But this time Jana did not even a minimum of personalising or was taking out a little wait in the small layer therefore i have/had the feeling the haircut is incomplete and this is also how it looks a little bit. Basically every other hairdresser in a non premium salon can make this kind of haircuts. This time i got a little disappointed and the haircut was not the money worth it. But as we are all human i hope she can do better and had just a bad day. I will go back for another haircut to give her another chance. I hope my review was helpful and i will update it after the next appointment.

I had a cut here. Not worth the money. The consultation is very short and unsuccessful. Stylists should ask more questions to understand your needs and try to clear your mind and give you a better vision. Especially if you are a foreigner and try to communicate in a different language. Moreover, the products used after the cut to style my hair wasn't suitable for my thin hair. The stylist used wax which made my hair looked very oily and like washed 3 days ago. The service was nice in the waiting area though and the employees were kind and helpful.

I took my daughter for a very specific haircut and Jana did an amazing short haircut ♥️ Yes you pay double or may be triple of elsewhere - but this is the case in all studio’s of T&G in the World. Worths every Koruna ?? It has been a month and still looks amazing.

Very friendly atmosphere, very professional and thorough staff. Very happy with the hair styling.

The personnel was friendly and left a positive impression. BUT a huge turn-off is how dirty the place was - cut off hair on the floor, brushes TOTALLY covered withsomeone's hair, working surfaces as well were covered with hair from previous customers and in general were dusty. Absolutely not acceptable hygiene wise.
