★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Varuji kupující! Zaplacena 100% záloha a dodané lino zcela neodpovídalo předanému vzorku. Na prodejně měli staré vzorníky. Reklamace byla majitelem od stolu zamítnuta, aniž by lino někdo viděl! Po 3 osobních návštěvách jsem musel zaplatit dalších 1500 Kč, aby mi vůbec dodali požadované lino. Rozhodně si tady už nic nekoupím a varuji všechny ostatní. Na všechna tvrzení mám doklady.
I warn buyers! A 100% deposit was paid and the delivered lino did not fully correspond to the submitted sample. They had old swatches in the store. The complaint was rejected by the owner from the table without anyone seeing it! After 3 personal visits, I had to pay another CZK 1,500 to deliver the required lino at all. I will definitely not buy anything here and I warn everyone else. I have documents for all claims.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Naprosto hrůzostrašná zkušenost s nákupem podlah, několikrát nám změnilu cenu ikdyž už jsme měli zaplacenou zálohu. Následně během montáže se cena opět 2x navýšila celkem od návrhu o 30tisíc. Navíc po montáži na nás vytáhli papír, že přebíráme zodpovědnost za provedenou práci a byli jsme seznámeni, že podlaha byla nedostatečně srovnaná tak můžou nastat další problémy s tím spojené. Pán, který podlahy řeší nepatří mezi ty příjemné. Podlahy už bych tu nikdy nekupoval.
Naopak s montáží dveří vše v pořadku. Dveře kvalitní - doporučuju.
Absolutely scary experience with buying floors, it changed our price several times, even though we already had a deposit paid. Subsequently, during the assembly, the price increased again by a total of 30,000 since the design. In addition, after installation, they pulled out a paper on us, that we take responsibility for the work performed, and we were informed that the floor was insufficiently leveled, so there may be other problems associated with it. The gentleman who solves the floors is not one of the pleasant ones. I would never buy floors here again.
On the contrary, with the installation of the door, everything is fine. Quality doors - I recommend.
