Worst communication with the customer I've ever experienced. They did not comply with my complaint even after several phone calls, they kept saying something else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nevím jak ostatní, ale já mám zkušenosti dobré. Tato firma má hodně široké portfolio a krásné zboží, spoustu novinek. A tým, který má se určitě snaží, je možná fakt, že nebudou mít tolik času na menší zákazníky, kteří si chcou nakoupit za 1000kč a chodit po skladu 2h to možná byl případ Vás nespokojených. Ale uvědomte si ne každý se všem zavděčí. Takže za mě určitě ANO a zhrzenci ať nepomlouvají ?
I don't know about others, but I have good experiences. This company has a very wide portfolio and beautiful goods, lots of news. And the team that has definitely been trying is maybe the fact that they will not have so much time for smaller customers who want to buy for 1000 CZK and walk around the warehouse 2h maybe this was the case of dissatisfied you. But remember not everyone will be grateful to everyone. So for me definitely YES and henchmen do not speak ?
