Nevýhodou je snad jen to, že pokud si doma nákup rozmyslite, nemůžete ho tu vrátit, pouze během záruční doby reklamovat. Vracet se dá pouze to, co bylo objednáno přes e-shop. Ale tady zase neplatíte za dopravu a necekate na pošťáka. Navíc zboží máte hned. Tak ať si každý vybere, jak chce nakoupit... The branch of the Top shop in Brno Koblizne is excellent. Na prodejně - pokud to někdo zvedne - vám řeknou že oni nemohou zboží objednat a ani poslat... Dohodneme se tedy, že mi zboží zamluví. Když pro něj jedu na prodejnu (přes 100 km vzdálenost), řeknou mi že zboží objednal někdo přes Eshop a je již pryč.... Na stánkách přitom zboží v nabídce není - píší vyprodáno. Prodavačka se přitom pod rouškou ještě usmívá... Hvězdu bych nedal ani jednu. Rozhodně nedoporučuji! Moje zkušenost s pobočkou na Kobližné, Brno! Vrácení peněz z první objednávky trvá více než 11 dní a pokaždé dostanu z infolinky jiné informace. Poslední informace byla, že mi peníze pošlou někdy v průběhu dalších 2 týdnů, což jsme případně skoro na měsíci. Se zákazníkem na infolince při sdělení problému je jednáno stylem ,,drž hu*u a počkej. Velmi neprofesionální přístup bez náznaku snahy o okamžitou nápravu. Purchased and paid for a product that had to be canceled and re-ordered due to a system outage. The refund from the first order takes more than 11 days and I always receive different information from the infoline. The last information was that they would send me the money sometime in the next 2 weeks, which we may have been for almost a month. The customer on the infoline when communicating the problem is treated in the style of "hold on and wait." A very unprofessional approach without a hint of an immediate remedy.
