Condizioni igieniche della biancheria non adeguate. Sporcizia in tutta la casa soprattutto in bagno, e in cucina, e i cuscini era terribilmente sporchi e puzzolenti con aloni gialli. Il bagno grande quanto uno sgabuzzino, la carta igienica impilata sul pavimento, la tavoletta senza senza coperchio lo scopino del gabinetto puzzolente e sporco. Le tende delle camere non erano sufficienti a creare buio. Colonie di topi che passeggiavano indisturbati dai bidoni della spazzatura nell'androne interno della struttura Il frigo era pieno per il mini bar, abbiamo chiesto se potessero togliere la roba dal frigo poiché non ne avremmo usufruito e che ci serviva spazio in frigo, ma ci hanno detto che non era possibile perché il mini bar era un sevizio compreso. La lamentela finale e più grande è che ci hanno pure addebitato 3 € per 3 birre che NON abbiamo bevuto, visto che le condizioni igieniche della strutture ci disgustavano temevamo pure di toccare i prodotti forniti. Aggiungo delle foto e delle foto estrapolate da un video fatto ai TOPI. The apartment itself was large and spacious and nicely furnished, but the cleanliness was bad in every room. · Late check in. Inadequate hygienic conditions of linen. Dirt all over the house especially in the bathroom, and in the kitchen, and the pillows were terribly dirty and smelly with yellow streaks. The bathroom the size of a closet, the toilet paper stacked on the floor, the tablet without a lid, the stinking and dirty toilet brush. The curtains in the bedrooms weren't enough to create darkness. Colonies of mice walking undisturbed from the garbage cans in the internal hall of the structure The fridge was full for the mini bar, we asked if they could take the stuff out of the fridge as we wouldn't use it and that we needed space in the fridge, but we were told it wasn't possible because the mini bar was an inclusive service. The final and biggest complaint is that they also charged us 3 € for 3 beers that we did NOT drink, since the hygienic conditions of the facilities disgusted us we were afraid to even touch the products provided. Upon arrival in our apartement (nr. 8) on October 29th (2021) the power of the central heating was not plugged in and all belonging water pipes where closed. When we tried to plug in the power and open the pipes, the central heating immediately began to leak, so we turned it off again. Resulting in NO WARM WATER FOR A SHOWER AND EVEN NO CENTRAL HEATING. After UNSUCECESFULLY TRYING TO CONTACT THE ACCOMODATION at least 30 times between 8:55 and 11 a.m. on saturday morning (October 30th), we contacted Booking.com to reach out to the accommadation, but they also couldn't get in touch with them. Obviously, we had to book another stay for our last night, since we were not going to stay in an apartement without heating and warm water. PLEASE DON'T MAKE THE MISTAKE OF BOOKING HERE!!

C	Chris Kalugin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Honestly the worst experience I’ve ever had abroad. No working cameras in the building and locks on doors an absolute joke. We were burgled within 2 hours of check in and all it took was someone to kick the door a bit hard. We spent our entire weekend talking to police and trying to recover our things. The apartment manager promised to arrange a full refund at the time (obviously a lie to keep us happy) but several days have passed and we’ve still not been contacted. We spent £500 on a terrible apartment and had £2000 worth of stuff stolen as a result. Not to mention no air con and poor hygiene (rats running around) DO NOT USE.
