I bought some trainers from them and one of the soles was damaged. I sent a picture as evidence and asked for a refund. They arranged a courier collection and I didn’t receive a refund.
I contacted them asking for my money back and they claim they never received the trainers. I sent them the courier receipt as evidence. Still nothing. Their response was that they didn’t receive my trainers and that I wouldn’t receive a refund. They then thanked me for my understanding!
I have been asking for details of their legal department and the courier companies they use so I can investigate and take this further, but they have failed to give me any details and explicitly said they would not do so. I do wonder why this is the case.
Very very angry. The trainers cost £150 and I am disgusted at their response. I will now have to spend time and money taking this further in an effort to get my money back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly recommend! Ordered some hard to find runners on Sat 3 Oct and they arrived to Ireland from Prague inside a week, Sat 10 Oct. Good email communication from the shop and their delivery company along the way. Well packaged item. Will shop here again ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I use both online and offline stores as they carry quite wide selection of the running shoes for picky customers. The experience with offline stores is disappointing though: 1) some of the brands are not present in the offline stores which limits me to ordering them online and having additional hustle of returning them if it doesn't fit, or go somewhere else where I could try them in-store, 2) every time I visit, I have a feeling I bother the staff by asking them to bring me different sizes of different models. The consultants were bringing wrong models and were not able to recommend anything but expensive and presumably the most "popular" Nikes. I buy shoes rarely but do invest in them sufficiently for the quality and comfort and the quality of service is what ruins the whole experience in this shop. Hope it gets better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The goods were not delivered to me after 30 days from the date of payment( date od delivery is 3 days). I called them 10 times, write e-mail but nothing. Another month passed, they didn't return the money neither deliver goods to me. Im in Slovenia.
