★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jsem opravdu zklamaný z přístupu této společnosti. Při realizaci vody a topení u našeho RD jsme byli "zákazník". Bohužel po této realizaci, jakmile jsme potřebovali servis kohoutu vody, který tato firma instalovala již nemají na nás čas. Je to smutná realita, kdy po instalaci se ze zákazníka stává cizí subjekt, který již není zajímavý z pohledu objemu práce a také financí. Po této zkušenosti, pokud budeme někdy v budoucnu potřebovat obdobný druh služeb již bych se na tuto společnosti určitě neobrátil. Kdybychom byly noví zákazníci, asi bych nad tímto neprofesionálním jednání mávnul rukou, ale jelikož jsme již byli platící bezproblémový klient mě tento přístup lidsky uráží.
 I'm really disappointed with the approach of this company. We were a "customer" in the implementation of water and heating at our house. Unfortunately, after this implementation, as soon as we needed the service of the water tap, which this company installed, they no longer have time for us. It is a sad reality, when after installation the customer becomes a foreign entity, which is no longer interesting in terms of work volume and also finances. After this experience, if we ever need a similar type of service in the future, I would certainly not turn to this company. If we were new customers, I would probably wave my hand at this unprofessional behavior, but since we were already a paying problem-free client, this approach offends me humanly.
