Do TopCar servisu jsem se dostala po té, co mě odmítly 3 jiné servisy s tím, že diagnostiku nedělají nebo mě mohou objednat nejdříve za 14 dní. A už teď vím, že se sem budu ráda a s důvěrou vracet. Přijímací technik, pan Kozderka, je přesným příkladem toho, čemu se říká Golden Star Customer Service. Ochotný, milý a s odbornými znalostmi. Máte pocit, že jste jediný jeho zákazník, ačkoli je jasné, že nejste. Za 2 hodiny jsem odjížděla s opraveným vozem a pocitem, že jsou místa, kde ještě vše funguje, jak má. A to ani nemluvím o tom, že mi sehnal nabíječku, když jsem zjistila, že mám vybitý mobil. Můj velký dík.
