★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Špatná komunikace a péče/podpora zákazníků. Topný systém dodán, ale reklamace (nefungující spínače, nehrejici části topení) pak následně řeším více jak 4 měsíce. Zkušenosti jsou takové, ze bych se této společnosti příště zajisté vyhnul.
Poor communication and customer care / support. Heating system delivered, but I then deal with complaints (non-functioning switches, non-heating parts of the heating) for more than 4 months. The experience is such that I would certainly avoid this company next time.

Half a year of waiting and five phone calls and arranging when they will make a price offer for the gutter heating system and the constant promise that they will work it out next week, etc. I gave it up, that already indicates something about the company
