Absolutely crazy behavior. In June, we agreed with the TopolWater sales representative, Mr. Šulc, on the implementation of the project and the subsequent delivery of the treatment plant. He offered delivery of the project within 4 weeks for CZK 4,500, which we agreed by email. At the end of August, their designer sent me an almost finished project with a small question about specifying the diameter of the inlet pipe. I immediately answered the question after consulting with the designer. Furthermore, no more communication from TopolWater. During September and October, I sent an email to their designer several times asking about the status of things, but always without an answer. At the end of October, I called them and a Mrs. Jiskrová told me that the designer who was preparing my project no longer worked for them and she took over the work after her. She could not answer my question why someone did not inform me about it within 2 months or why at least someone does not check the company email of the former designer. So I forwarded all the previous email communication to her so that she could find out more easily. Subsequently, she wrote to me that after consulting with a sales representative, Šulc, they agreed to deliver the project within 5 weeks! That would mean the first week of December. Instead of the originally agreed 4 weeks, the delivery time is almost six months. I replied that this was nonsense, because the project was almost finished at the end of August and prepared by a former designer. I didn't get any reaction to that anymore, so today I called a sales representative for Šulc to find out where the problem is and whether they are able to approach the situation in a normal way and start communicating at least as standard. At the same time, I asked him if their behavior was okay. He told me that it was probably not okay, but even if he did, it would not be until 14 days later and they would not provide any discount on the project, even though the delay was gigantic. So I said goodbye to him and thought that I would find another WWTP supplier who would behave decently and solidly. TopolWater never again!

We ordered the treatment plant at the end of last year with the proviso that it will be delivered after the new year ... now we have the end of April and we still do not have the treatment plant ... our questions are always told that only yes, it is made delivered, or someone will contact you and arrange transport ... Still only promises and a cleaner nowhere ... We would not choose this company anymore and we definitely can not recommend it. Dear Mrs. Krupičková, yes, the cleaner is really not in my name, but in the name of my partner, which does not change my review. You may be resolving a complaint behind a computer based on a negative review here on the web, because in fact we have been resolving the issue with you for 4 months and it is useless to us at all. As I wrote above, constantly only promises and a cleaner nowhere. It costs us the whole construction, which was to begin at the end of February, as the treatment plant was to be after the new year. It's the same all the time - we'll call you tomorrow, nobody's here today. And nothing the next day, no phone calls. Unfortunately, we have already paid, so we can not back down, however, we will not recommend this company.
