★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Klimatizaci jsme zvažovali již dlouho, měla jsem však prvotní obavy ohledně spotřeby energie, umístění a hlučnosti. Tyto obavy se rozplynuly hned po kontaktování firmy, kde mi bylo vše důkladně vysvětleno a vybrali jsme takovou klimatizaci, která přesně odpovídala nárokům, našim i našeho bytu. Nutno zmínit že i následná montáž byla velice rychlá a prakticky bez nepořádku. Na závěr musím pochválit milé a příjemné vystupování servisních techniků, které mě opravdu ujistilo o tom že zde jsem narazila na kvalitní a poctivou firmu, která svoji práci rozhodně neodbude.

 We have been considering air conditioning for a long time, but I had initial concerns about energy consumption, location and noise. These fears dissipated immediately after contacting the company, where everything was thoroughly explained to me and we chose such air conditioning that exactly matched the demands of ours and our apartment. It should be mentioned that the subsequent assembly was very fast and practically without clutter. In the end, I have to praise the nice and pleasant performance of service technicians, which really assured me that I came across a quality and honest company that will definitely not do its job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pro klimatizaci jsme se rozhodli až se začátkem veder - tedy pozdě. Poptal jsem hodně firem, většina neodpověděla, pár poslalo nabídku od stolu, dvě se zastavily podívat. Pan Vytopil za TOPR klima to u nás vyhrál na plné čáře - odbornost, serióznost, prozákaznický přístup. Když navíc jako omluvu za pozdní zaslání nabídky nabídl instalaci druhý den, nebylo co řešit. Za nás maximální spokojenost a doporučení všem kdo hledají firmu na montáž klimatizace.
We decided to do the air conditioning with the beginning of the heat - late. I asked a lot of companies, most did not answer, the couple sent an offer from the table, two stopped to look. Mr. Vytopil for the TOPR climate won it at our full line - expertise, seriousness, pro-customer approach. Moreover, when he offered to install the second day as an apology for the late submission of the offer, there was nothing to solve. For us maximum satisfaction and recommendation to all who are looking for a company to install air conditioning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reakce na poptávku okamžitá, na to že byl červen tak možnost instalace byla v řádu dnů. Pan Vytopil přišel a téměř hodnu strávil diskuzí jak nejlépe a efektivně schladit můj dům. Výsledná realizace byla kompromisem mezi mým a jeho návrhem. Nic Vám nikdo nenutí. Tak snad bude i provoz a díry v baráku v pořádku.
The response to the demand immediately, that it was June, so the possibility of installation was in a matter of days. Mr. Vytopil came and spent almost a lot discussing how best and effectively to cool my house. The resulting implementation was a compromise between mine and his design. Nobody is forcing anything on you. So hopefully the traffic and the holes in the barracks will be fine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Skutočne veľmi profesionálna firma na úrovni. Na môj dotaz ohľadom montáže klimatizácie reagovali rýchlo a pozvali nás aj do show roomu, kde sme si klimatizáciu pozreli. Pán Vytopil sa nám venoval dlho a vysvelil nám všetky technické aspekty, spoločne sme dospeli k ideálnemu spôsobu montáže do nášho bytu. Samotná montáž prebiehala taktiež veľmi profesionálne, dalo by sa povedať na kľúč. Oceňujem najmä detaily ako umiestnenie vypínača do rovnakej výšky ako ostatné vypínače v miestnosti - verím, že nie každý by si takýto detail všimol.

The assembly itself was also very professional, you could say turnkey. I especially appreciate the details such as placing the switch at the same height as the other switches in the room - I believe that not everyone would notice such a detail.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Naprosto TOP firma. Za svůj život jsem se setkal s mnoha firmami a postupy prací. Ne málo se nakonec muselo opravovat předělávat a nakonec to stálo nesmyslné statisíce vyhozené z okna. Na firmu jsem dostal doporučení z rodiny. V místě bydliště jsem oslovil několik firem s určitou představou. Všechny firmy mě vysvětlili, že jednoduché je lepší a podobně. Nakonec sem zavolal sem a hned po popisu co chci chladit mi navrhli vlastně to co jsem celou dobu poptával :-) i když to k nám mají 200km neváhal jsem. S komunikací jsme se vzájemně přizpůsobili a nyní mohu říct, že lepší firmu jsem ještě neviděl. Už jsme s majitelem probírali další spolupráci a nad nikým jiným ani nebudu přemýšlet. Je to ztráta času i peněz. Tato firma za to doopravdy stojí!!!
Absolutely TOP company. During my life I have met many companies and work procedures. In the end, not much had to be repaired, and in the end it cost nonsensical hundreds of thousands thrown out the window. I received a recommendation from the family for the company. At my place of residence, I approached several companies with a certain idea. All the companies explained to me that simple is better and so on. In the end, I called here and right after the description of what I want to cool, they actually suggested to me what I was asking for all the time :-) even though they have 200km to us, I didn't hesitate. We have adapted to each other with communication and now I can say that I have never seen a better company. We have already discussed further cooperation with the owner and I will not even think about anyone else. It is a waste of time and money. This company is really worth it !!!

Profesionalna komunikacia od faze poptavani az po poslednu fakturu, vynikajuci navrh riesenia a doporuceni venkovnich a vnitrnich jednotek. Co se tyce samotne montaze - dochvilnost, preciznost jak v instalaci tak v ramci zadelavani omitek po instalaci samospadu, kluci po sobe uklidili do lepsiho stavu nez je cekal, vsetko vysvetlili a na kazdy dotaz ochotne zodpovedali. Keby bola kazda spolupraca na takej urovni, tak je radost stavet, predelavat a zarizovat bydleni. Urcite doporucuju a tesim sa na dalsi spolupraci.

As for the assembly itself - punctuality, precision both in the installation and in the framework of plaster placement after the installation of self-fall, the boys cleaned up each other in a better condition than expected, explained everything and willingly answered every question. If every cooperation was at such a level, it is a pleasure to build, remodel and arrange housing. I definitely recommend and look forward to further cooperation.

My experience can only confirm the reviews because Mr. Vytopil and all of his colleagues, which I have encountered, are professionals. Their attitude and behavior is a perfect example of a pro-customer orientation, which is sadly deeply lacking in Czechia. The whole process of preparation and installation of the unit was smooth. I received all the information that I needed, and I was not forced to choose any specific solution as I always got several options from which I could choose. The technicians were very friendly, talkative, and, most importantly, clean. I think they left my flat cleaner than it was before :)
