★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Žádná komunikace ohledně dodání. Vůbec jim nevadí, že jste v práci. Volají vám 5 minut před doručením. Člověk aby si vzal dovolenou na celý den, protože nikdo neví, v kolik dorazí na místo určení.
No communication regarding delivery. They don't mind at all that you're at work. They will call you 5 minutes before delivery. One should take a vacation for the whole day, because no one knows what time it will arrive at its destination.

Arogantní řidič, zásilku nechal stát na parkovišťi a nedorucil ji ani ke dveřím.
V rozporu s obchodními podmínkami Toptrans mi neumožnil kontrolu zásilky a vytvářel nátlak že si ji odveze. Situaci jsem musel řešit s eshopem.
Doporučuji se této firmě vyhýbat jak to je jde.
A complete disaster.
An arrogant driver, he left the shipment in the parking lot and didn't even deliver it to the door.
Contrary to business conditions, Toptrans did not allow me to inspect the shipment and created pressure to take it. I had to solve the situation with an e-shop.
I recommend this company to avoid as it goes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Katastrofální přístup řidičů. Volají 15 minut předem že jedou. Ve finále jsme hodinu čekali, protože řidička měla před námi ještě lidi ale nemohla to říct. Tak hlavně že jede rovnou. Toptrans už nikdy více, díky.?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Katastrofa, žádná sms o doručení nic, řidič volá pár minut dopředu a ani tak není schopný říct v kolik přijede. Přeloženo na další den, opět žádná sms, nic - až po dovolání se řidiči mi bylo sděleno, že zboží je poškozené takže mi nic nedoručí. Na otázku jak to tedy bude dále ohledně reklamace mi bylo odpovězeno “jsem jenom řidič”, žádné info e-mailem ani nic podobného.
Doručení touto společností už nikdy.

When asked how it will be next regarding the complaint, I was answered "I'm just a driver", no info by e-mail or anything similar.
Delivery by this company never again.
