I used it for the first time and I'll probably have it delivered next time. The area was confusing for me and I waited a long time for me to be the only one there.

I was informed that the package would be delivered to me on Wednesday, it was Thursday around lunch and still no one from TOPTRANS called. Eventually, the husband had to call to find out what it looked like since we weren't home. Result? We had to get there ourselves, still having such an opportunity and a sufficiently large car. Next time, I would like to have real information about when the package will be delivered to us or at least some message with an apology and a replacement date.

Not in my life, first she will damage the shipment along the way, then the company must deliver a new undamaged one, which was to be delivered. Instead of delivery, no one picks up the phone at the depot in Pilsen. It is impossible to call for several days in a row. After the sender's urges, the shipment was delivered, if I did not give the courier cash on delivery, he would leave and I could have it for free. (8 ths. He says he has no money to collect from me. And if you additionally want a confirmation of payment from the dispatcher, then no one responds. It can be seen that this company makes the looser bigger than the other. There is nothing more to add.

The communication was absolutely terrible, I was told by email the first order that the package would arrive on Thursday, the whole time he was only at home because of this, but no one arrived. I didn't call Toptrans in Pilsen (well, there probably aren't many of them there either) but I didn't even call the headquarters! No one responded to the email sent the next morning. On Monday, the driver calls me to stand in front of the barracks, where, of course, no one was. I thanked me and said that I would rather pick it up at the depot. At the depot I have to praise one young boy who at least helped me with the heavy mattress in the car, for the rest of the cigar it was a good spectacle. Last week, the same thing, the driver just calls me that he is standing in front of the house and has a package for me (no advance notice). The package was small, I said I'd pick it up at their depot. I wanted to pay cash on delivery at the depot, I was told that the sender does not support payment by card and so an additional surcharge of CZK 75 is charged, so in total the delivery of a standard package of approx. 30x30x10 for less than CZK 400. I completely misunderstood this fee. Amazing, never again, please.
