L	Lucia Mackovicova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Od firmy Torin sme kupili trojvrstvu drevenu podlahu (cca 60m2). Vsetko na zaciatku prebiehalo v poriadku, komunikacia bola promptna a prijemna. Bohuzial v dodavke podlahovych prken sa objavilo par poskodenych (cca 3 baliky). Stane sa. Firma reagovala ustretovo a pred pokladkou (robenou tretou stranou) poslala svojho zamestnanca, ktory prkna pretriedil, vzal spatne naspat a tie boli potom nahradene. Tesili sme sa z novej podlahy. Po par dnoch sa na prknach ale zacali objavovat na hranach chyby - odlamovali sa triesky. Ako riesenie nam bolo poslane moridlo (v pomackanej PET-ke) a spongia na zatrenie a osetrenie dier. Jednatel dava ruky prec s argumentom, ze pokladku robila tretia strana, takze prevzali za to zodpovednost. Postupne sa triesky objavovali a stale v mensej miere objavuju doteraz. Ide jednoznacne o chybu materialu. Firma problem ignoruje, na e-maily uz nereaguje a nema zaujem ho riesit. Mame sice peknu podlahu ale len ked sa nepozriete pozornejsie: diery a tmave flaky od moridla v neobrusenom dreve dier. We bought a three-layer wooden floor from Torin (approx. 60m2). Everything was going well at the beginning, the communication was prompt and pleasant. Unfortunately, some floorboards appeared in the supply of floorboards (approx. 3 packages). It happens. The company responded promptly and sent a member of staff before sorting out (made by a third party), sorting the boards, taking them back and then replacing them. We were looking forward to the new floor. After a few days, but on the boards began to appear on the edges of the error - chip breaking. As a solution we were sent a stain (in crumpled PET) and sponges to blot and care for holes. The executive gives his hands away with the argument that the treasure was made by a third party, so they took responsibility for it. Gradually, chips have appeared and still appear to a lesser extent to date. This is clearly a material error. The company ignores the problem, no longer responds to e-mails and is not interested in solving it. We have a nice floor but only if you don't look more attentive: holes and dark stains in uncut wood holes.

Pokladači byli velice pořádní, organizovaní, dochvilní a milí. Vřele doporučuji Great service, the floor is really beautiful down to the smallest detail.
