★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Skvely priklad proklientskeho pristupu. Dovezl jsem auto kvuli vade na prazich, pred lakovanim zavolali, ze je tam zrejme spatne dodrzen technologicky postup z minuleho lakovani. Domluvili jsme se na postupu, vyreklamoval u minule lakovny. V tuto chvili tedy tato firma ze me nic nemela, ale za svuj pristup ziskala zakaznika pro priste. A referenci pro vsechny me zname.
