★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reklamovala jsem barvu polštáře zakoupeného u této firmy online. Okamžitě volali, omluvili se a hned druhý den zajistili jeho výměnu s dopravou zdarma. Tak rychle a hlavně ochotně a slušně vyřízenou reklamaci jsem ještě u jiné firmy v ČR nezažila. Nebála bych se u nich nakoupit i příště, mají velmi slušný zákaznický servis a používají selský rozum. Jen tak dál.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rychlé dodání, ale hlavně velice dobrý zákaznický servis, kde vám ochotně poradí nebo zodpoví dotazy ohledně zakoupeného zboží. Tohle se moc v českých eshopech zatím nenosí.
Fast delivery, but most importantly very good customer service, where they will be happy to advise you or answer questions about the purchased goods. This is not worn much in Czech e-shops yet.
