Krnov is definitely worth an evening walk. You will find plenty of open cafes, bars, restaurants and pizzerias. Picturesque square.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infocentrum v Krnově bohužel nemohu dobře posoudit. Skvělé místo. Ale personál: dvě mladé dámy je nedorozumění. K práci přistupují jako k nezbytnému zlu a věnují se své vlastní činnosti, tedy používání vlastních smartphonů. Se zákazníkem je zacházeno jako se vzduchem, a když o něco požádá, jedná s ním jako s narušitelem.
Nejlepší, když to zvládne sám. Vezme si zdarma materiály a odejde. Placené mapy se nezobrazují !! Proč jsou skryty? Když jsme požádali o placené mapy, dívka byla překvapená. Úplně zmatený z toho, jaké má mapy. Prostě tito zaměstnanci nemají absolutně žádný zájem pracovat v Turistickém informačním centru.
Unfortunately, I cannot judge the information center in Krnov well. Great place. But the staff: two young ladies is a misunderstanding. They approach work as a necessary evil and devote themselves to their own activities, ie the use of their own smartphones. The customer is treated like air, and when he asks for something, he treats him like an intruder.
Best when he can do it alone. He takes the free materials and leaves. Paid maps are not displayed !! Why are they hidden? When we asked for paid maps, the girl was surprised. Completely confused about his maps. It is simply these employees who have absolutely no interest in working in the Tourist Information Center.
