Tak musíte předem "požádat" aby jste iformace dostali. The cottages look nice, but what I consider a failure is information about the location of the object. If you want to plan your vacation, find things around, driveways, etc., you must "ask" in advance to receive the information.
T	Tomáš Michael Hanus on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chata v Krkonoších, na které jsem se s rodinou ubytoval, je špatně udržovaná, branka se nedá zavřít, některé důležité spotřebiče mají problémy s funkčností, teče tu zkažená voda. Páchne po výkalech a správce potvrdil, že není pitná, majitel to odmítl řešit před naším odjezdem a nijak s námi nekomunikoval. Museli jsme na veškeré činnosti používat balenou vodu z obchodu. The cottage in the Giant Mountains, where I stayed with my family, is poorly maintained, the gate can not be closed, some important appliances have problems with functionality, there is spoiled water. It smells like feces and the manager confirmed that it is not drinkable, the owner refused to deal with it before our departure and did not communicate with us in any way. We had to use bottled water from the shop for all activities.

Zrušit již posouvaný termín jsme museli z vážných důvodů...Nechat si peníze za nic a nevrátit ani polovinu, vymlouvat se na jejich jediné živobytí...a pozor neplatí pro ně prý pravidla jako pro cestovky, jsou prý zprostředkovatelé služby. Majitel chaty peníze vrátil, oni NE!!! Domluvy neplatí, jen výmluvy. Nikdy víc...NEDOPORUČUJEME!!!!!!!!! 7,000 forever ... This time was not easy for anyone. We had to cancel the already postponed date for serious reasons ... To keep the money for nothing and not return even half, to make excuses for their only livelihood ... and beware that the rules do not apply to them as for travel agents, they are said to be service intermediaries. The owner of the cottage returned the money, they do NOT !!! Agreements do not apply, only excuses. Never again ... WE DO NOT RECOMMEND !!!!!!!!!

s	stela hojova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super chata hlavně top vyřivka a sauna. Výborné místo a určitě se tam ještě vrátíme. Trošku průšvih myši. Ale neda se. Super cottage mainly top whirlpool and sauna. Great place and we will definitely be back. A little trouble with the mouse. But it doesn't work.

V podmínkách společnosti, musíte zaplatit majiteli objektu zálohu v podstatě po uzavření objednávky, což jsem na základě podmínek této společnosti učinil. Měsíc před pobytem, mi slavný Tourtrend sdělil, že jsem se stal obětí podvodníka (kterého smluvně zastupovali) a že o zálohu jsem defacto přišel. Na mé emaily, přestali v listopadu 2021 reagovat, a já vůbec netuším, na koho podat oznámení, kolik nás je poškozených, no prostě jedna velká arogance a žádné řešení podotýkám DODNES. Absolute dissatisfaction with this company. Last year, I booked a stay at the Staré hrady R034 holiday cottage through this company. In the terms and conditions of the company, you must pay the owner of the object a deposit basically after concluding the order, which I did based on the terms and conditions of this company. A month before my stay, the famous Tourtrend told me that I had fallen victim to a fraud (who was contractually represented) and that I had de facto lost my deposit. They stopped responding to my emails in November 2021, and I have no idea who to report to us, how many of us are damaged, but just one big arrogance and no solution I note DODNES.
