★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dnes v hračkárně dvě neochotné,otrávené a nepříjemné slečny(paní).Lístek z nákupu mi vyhodily a los losos nedaly.K mé připomínce,že bych chtěla lístek ,se znechuceně podívaly a začaly ho štrachat v koši,na další mou připomínku,zda už losy nedávají,jedna druhé povídá "tys jí ho nedala?"odpověď zněla "asi ne".Znechuceně jsem odešla z hračkářství.
Today in the toy shop two reluctant, poisoned and unpleasant ladies (Mrs.) .Ticked my ticket from my purchase and did not give a salmon. they do not give lots, each other says "did you not give it to her?" the answer was "probably not".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Příjemná a vstřícná obsluha - zapomněla jsem vzít slevový kupon, všechno si našli přes mobil, ochotně a v předvánočním stresu. Vlastně našly, dvě ženy :)
Pleasant and helpful service - I forgot to take the discount coupon, they found everything via mobile, willingly and under pre-Christmas stress. Actually they found two women :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was couple of times there, both times very unpleasant experience. Staff, two ladies were quite 'attentive' to my 3 year old daughter. They watched she was not touching anything like some watch dogs. Are you kidding me? A toy store where a child cannot try and play. Will avoid this place at all costs.
