Čestlická Vejmrda je útulná hospůdka s tradiční českou kuchyní a prvky tradiční evropské. Zakládáme si na výborném jídle a s ním jdou samozřejmě lokální suroviny ruku v ruce. Během roku nabízíme celkem 4 sezónní á la carte menu a víkendové menu založené na konkrétní oblasti či surovině.

Zakládáme si na výborném jídle a s ním jdou samozřejmě lokální suroviny ruku v ruce. Poctivě si vyrábíme vývary, omáčky, knedlíky a další komponenty. To vše však nelze dostatečně dodržet bez sezónního menu, takže se u nás můžete během roku těšit mimo jiné i na 4 jídelní á la carte lístky:

I ordered a salad; the staff was helpful and customised my demanding salad dish to my (foreign visitor) requirements. This is a better choice than somewhere in the centre of Prague where you’d be likely to be cheated.
