★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jsem naprosto nespokojená. Včera jsem si zde byla vyzvednout zásilku. Bylo krátce po půl šesté. Na dveřích bylo napsáno: "Přijdu do dvou minut" čekala jsem tam přes deset minut. Paní se evidentně rozhodla si zkrátit pracovní dobu. Dnes jsem se o to tedy pokusila po druhé, když mají mít do 13:00. Je 12:02 a mají zavřeno? Co to jako je?
I am completely dissatisfied. I was here to pick up the shipment yesterday. It was shortly after half past five. It read, "I'll be there in two minutes," waiting for more than ten minutes.
