Pro jistotu jsem jeste zavolala na uvedene cislo, kde mi potvrdili ze pokud jsem obdrzela potvrzujici email, nemusim se bat ze by nas nevyzvedli. Bohuzel nas ale nikdo nevyzvedl. Na jejich webovych strankach jeste uvadeji ze pokud nemuzeme najit ridice, ihned volat na uvedene cislo , tam to take nikdo nezvedl. Za me naprosto neprofesionalni jednani. I ordered a transfer for myself and my husband from the airport to the center of Prague, confirmed by email. To be on the safe side, I called the number below, where they confirmed that if I received a confirmation email, I don't have to worry that they wouldn't pick us up. Unfortunately, no one picked us up. On their website, I also state that if we can't find a driver, call the number immediately, no one there. Absolutely unprofessional behavior for me.

Pro jistotu jsem chtela telefonicky overit, nikdo mi to nezvedal a 12 hodin pred odletem mi prisla zprava, ze transport rusi. Nespolehlive. I ordered two days before departure, I received a confirmation email. To be sure, I wanted to verify by phone, no one answered me, and 12 hours before departure, I received a message that the transport was Russian. Unreliable.

After calling to operator, they assured me to call back with more info what's goin on. Nothing happened and operator didn't answer my call again. Almost missed flight and unnecessary stress...
